Felicity Jacobson

Felicity completed a Bachelor of Laws in 2018 and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice in 2019 after a successful career in the media and entertainment industry.

Prior to resuming her legal studies and becoming a lawyer, Felicity worked in Sydney as Head of Production at the Weather Channel and then as Acquisitions Manager at XYZnetworks (now FOXTEL) where she was responsible for the sourcing, negotiating and contracting of programming content across a suite of FOXTEL channels.

In 2008, Felicity accepted a role in Melbourne with ABC Commercial, the business and commercial arm of the Australian Broadcasting Corporation.

In this role, Felicity managed the ABC Footage Sales Department and was responsible for licensing content originating from ABC productions and partners for use in domestic and international productions. Felicity then took a career break to raise her three children.

In 2015, Felicity took on the role of Business Affairs Manager and joined Ocean View Entertainment, providing business and legal support specific to the development, production and distribution of film and television content. 

Felicity thrives in a relationship-driven environment and listens carefully to what her clients want so that everyone can successfully work towards a common goal.
