Agatha is owned by Felicity Jacobson who has a vision of delivering professional, high quality legal services in a relaxed, personal way.

Agatha is not a typical law firm name, but we don’t consider ourselves a typical law firm. We are personal.

Our clients choose us because they want deep legal experience and professional service, but they also want to deal with someone who takes the time to get to know them and understand their needs.

We want our clients to have an exceptional client experience. As well as being available and responsive, we like to agree fixed fees upfront so that there are no billing surprises and no concerns about the cost of picking up the phone to speak with us. We also invest in superior software which enables us to provide efficient and cost effective services.

Agatha is a general practice and can help with most legal matters (whether directly or through our network of specialists). If for some reason we can’t help, we will do our best to find you someone who can.
